I pick up trash at the beach.
Constantly.
Then, I take it home and make art with it.
The environmental catastrophe unfolding in our planet feels too difficult to put into only words, or only images.
I do my best to sort out my feelings and experiences along the shoreline by making assemblages of what I find, then photographing them.
